SHIPPING & FULFILMENT POLICY
UK Delivery
Free UK shipping is available on all orders over £100.

For orders under £100, delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
​
Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day of receipt.
​
Delivery typically takes between 2 - 3 working days from dispatch, although delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
​
Orders may be sent by Royal Mail, courier or another suitable delivery service depending on the size and value of the order.

International Delivery
International delivery are available on request.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or local fees applicable in their country.

Order Amendments & Cancellations

Missed Deliveries

Where goods are returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address information supplied by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply before redelivery can be arranged.
